Additional dimensions and key information on Floor Plans for your builder to build the house [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Additional dimensions, callouts, and information on the Exterior Elevations to show your builder detailed sizes of exterior elements, such as windows, roof pitches, key exterior elements, ect. [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
House Sections, Wall Sections, and Section Details to provide instructions to your builder on how your house will be constructed. These Details are vital to the success of your investment! [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Reflected Ceiling Plan to show where the light fixtures are going to be placed in your house [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Window and Door Schedules to highlight which items will be installed and what hardware will be used. [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Electrical Lighting and Power Plans to show where outlets and light switches will be located [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Interior Finish Plan calling out which materials will go where [Can be found in our Design Development Package].
Local Engineering Review (snow, wind, seismic, etc.) + Local Code Compliance Check
Final Interior, Exterior Materials, Finish + Color Selections (Design intent is suggested + shown, but subject to your review)
Final Plumbing Fixture Selections (Design intent shown but subject to your review)
Final Lighting Fixture Selections (Design intent shown but subject to your review)
Final Mechanical Systems (heating, cooling, ventilation). Design intent shown but should be designed by your Local Engineer/ MEP Sub-Consultant
