The 2100 home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that feels larger than its modest footprint. This 2,140 square foot, two-story home has been meticulously planned to prioritize both comfort and daily efficiency. On the ground floor, the plan is anchored by a primary hallway designed to connect the living spaces while flooding the interior with natural light. The second floor contains the primary bedroom with en-suite bath, two secondary bedrooms, a secondary bathroom, and a laundry room.
The home includes:

Unfinished basement (906 square feet)

The cost of the build will vary significantly depending on location, site conditions, and material availability. While we strive to design with material efficiency and construction timelines in mind, we cannot predict what a home will cost for your specific needs without a thorough review. For the most accurate pricing, consider purchasing the Concept Package and reviewing it with a local builder or contractor to discuss current costs, timelines, and any site-specific considerations.
The Concept Plan package is priced affordably to make it easy to start productive talks with your builder.
